Holidays Around the World

This is a question posed to all who live in countries other than the United States. I was reading a post over at Crazy Bloggin' Canuck and it inspired me to ask this question: What holidays do you have in your country and how do you celebrate them and if you are living in the US now do you still celebrate those holidays that are native to your country?
